March Madness Experience fills the Peoria Civic Center's huge Exhibition Hall with basketball-themed interactive play. Admission is free for ticket holders to the IHSA boys state basketball tournament.
 
The Leonard B. Marshall Jr. Memorial Plaza features an interactive fountain, marina access and spectacular views of the Illinois River. Gateway Fountain presented to the City of Peoria by Mr. and Mrs. Gordon S. Peters in honor of their parents.
