March Madness Experience fills the Peoria Civic Center's huge Exhibition Hall with basketball-themed interactive play. Admission is free for ticket holders to the IHSA boys state basketball tournament.
 
The Leonard B. Marshall Jr. Memorial Plaza features an interactive fountain, marina access and spectacular views of the Illinois River. Gateway Fountain presented to the City of Peoria by Mr. and Mrs. Gordon S. Peters in honor of their parents.

Beauty and solitude, away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic, await visitors on the walking and biking trail. The trail begins on the Peoria RiverFront and leads to the historic Springdale Cemetery. Future plans include connecting the trail to the Rock Island Trail.

Peoria Area's only Segway tour and Quadracycle bike rental experience.  Gliding with World on Wheels is as fun as it gets!  Offering 30 minute, 1 hour, and 2 hour Segway tours.  We also offer 30 minute Quadracycle bike rides.  Easy riding for all age levels.  Use them for individual riding or schedule your corporate team building events.  Open March thru Nov, weather permitting.
